Special Welding Equipment for Full Welded Ball Valve
Introduction
As you may know, full welding ball valve body can be buried in the ground directly, it can prevent the internals of ball valve from erosion, its maximum service life is up to 30 years, it is the ideal valve for oil, natural gas pipeline.
The scope of applicable valve body diameter for this equipment is very large, the working efficiency is very high. This equipment can greatly improve the automation of ball valve welding.
Due to the particularity of the workpiece, (the special temperature requirements of inside plastic seal), in order to meet the requirement of not to damage the inside plastic seal, we use the micro wire submerged arc welding to reduce the heat input and the crevasse.
The available welding seam width is 12mm to 22mm, available wire diameter is Φ1.2mm to Φ2.0 mm.
This welding mode can deslag automatically, also can improve working efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
